• All consultations at Adelaide Skin Cancer Centre are by appointment only.
• Submitting an online booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your preferred date, time and location.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible on 08 8261 3211 so we can offer your slot to another patient.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or rescheduling of your appointment.

5. Fees & Payments

• Consultation fees are as listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
• A $25 discount applies to aged pension card holders only. This discount does not apply to Health Care Card (HCC) holders.
• Fees must be paid at the time of your consultation.
• Adelaide Skin Cancer Centre is not responsible for any Medicare rebate claims or private health fund claims. It is your responsibility to claim any applicable rebates.
• We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations at our discretion.

6. Patient Responsibilities

By booking an appointment with Adelaide Skin Cancer Centre, you agree to:
